Inspection of mine pipe welding work routine

(1), visual inspection: before welding, after again, so it does not produce the following visual situation:

A. welding flange is not smooth, too big or too small.

B. two tubes are not on the same axis.

C. welding flange surface luster (on behalf of overheating, and produce large cooling stress).

(2), non destructive testing:

A. electronic gun type connecting a metal needle to measure the weld leakage point and impurities.

B. X optical inspection: the X light map to test out all the bad situation.

C. mechanical and destructive testing:

The hydraulic pressure test: some welding defects by the hydraulic pressure test.
